Emily, I loved the first of your Governess books and the sample of your second. Am reading a western one now. This third sounds intriguing and can’t wait to read it -and my name is Elizabeth. Also, my family settled in Texas in 1850. My kids and grandkids love the pieces of land inherited.
I read a lot of Historical Romance and there are many good writers, but you top them with your intellect and knowledge (like teaching skills) in the first Governess book.

I’m so glad that you’re enjoying my books – if you haven’t read my Sweet Grove series (although I think that’s what you’re referring to) then you definitely should! It’s about a family setting up a town in Texas during that time period. Happy reading!
